Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email within 14 days of receiving your package to request a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products show no signs of wear.

  Handover to Courier

  Our partner courier service will contact you to pick up the parcel directly from your address anywhere in Morocco.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team approves the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
